Program

Docana Inc. ("Docana") operates AI customer support assistants that businesses using the Docana platform make available by text message. When you text one of these numbers, a Docana assistant answers your questions about that business, such as your account, orders and support requests. These messages are conversational customer care. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

You start the conversation. A business shows its Docana number to you, for example as a "Text us" contact card on its website, and by texting that number you agree to receive replies from the assistant. Docana never texts a number that has not messaged it first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The assistant only replies to messages you send, usually with one or a few messages per question.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation and no further messages from that number. Reply START to opt back in.

Privacy

We use your phone number and messages only to answer you on behalf of the business you contacted. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for how Docana handles data.
